This policy explains how we deliver products bought on gamixify.com, operated by Synncro Sp. z o.o., ul. Grochowska 56, 04-282 Warsaw, Poland. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. What you receive

All our products are digital activation keys (“Keys”) for video games, for the platform and activation region stated on the product page (for example Steam on PC, Global). Nothing is shipped physically.

2. How we deliver

After your payment is accepted, your Key is:

• sent by email to the address you entered at checkout; and
• shown in My account → Orders, if you have an account.

3. Delivery time

Keys are delivered automatically and instantly once your payment is confirmed. Some Orders are checked for card fraud before delivery.

If we need additional information from you to complete a check, we ask for it by email and deliver the Key as soon as the check is complete. Pre-order Keys are delivered on or shortly before the release date stated on the product page.

4. Delivery cost

Delivery is free. We do not charge shipping, handling or delivery fees. The total shown at checkout is the full amount charged to your card.

5. If you have not received your Key

1. Check your spam or junk folder and, if you have an account, My account → Orders.
2. If the Key is still missing, contact us at admin@gamixify.com or +48 500 657 471 with your order number.
3. If the Key has not been delivered, you can cancel the Order at any time and receive a full refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Activating your Key

For a Steam Key: open the Steam app, choose Games → Activate a Product on Steam, enter the Key and follow the instructions. The game is then added to your Steam library. Activate the Key on the platform and in the region stated on the product page.

7. Where we do not deliver

We do not sell or deliver to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba, or to any country or territory subject to comprehensive EU, UN or UK sanctions. See section 20 of our Terms and Conditions.
