1. Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving a reason and without any cost.

Legal exception for digital content. All our products are digital activation keys that are not supplied on a physical medium. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Polish Consumer Rights Act, you lose the right of withdrawal once the supply of the digital content has begun, if you expressly consented to that supply starting before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledged that you would lose the right. We ask for that consent at checkout, with a separate box that is not ticked in advance, and we confirm it in your order confirmation e-mail.

This means:

• If your key has not been supplied yet, you can still withdraw within 14 days and we refund you in full.
• If your key has already been supplied after you gave that consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Your rights when something is wrong are not affected. Withdrawal and conformity are two different things. If a key does not activate, has already been used, or does not match the platform, region or edition stated on the product page, we replace it or refund you in full, whether or not you consented to immediate supply and whether or not the key has been revealed. See section 4 of our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Note: for digital content supplied immediately with your express consent, the right of
withdrawal ends once the supply has begun. This does not affect your rights if a key is
faulty, already used, or does not match the platform, region or edition stated on the
product page: in that case we replace the key or refund you in full.

4. What happens next

We confirm receipt of your notice by e-mail. We send you our decision within 14 calendar days of receiving it. If the withdrawal applies, we refund the full amount to the card used for the purchase, in the currency of the original payment, within 14 calendar days of our decision. We do not charge any fee for a refund.
