1. Who we are
This Cookie Policy applies to gamixify.com, operated by Synncro Sp. z o.o. (registered office: ul. Grochowska 56, 04-282 Warsaw, Poland; office address: 126/134 Marszałkowska Street, Office 246, 00-008 Warsaw, Poland), KRS 1248580, NIP 1133205204. 2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We also use similar technologies, namely local storage and session storage in your browser. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
3. Legal basis and consent
Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent, because the store cannot work without them (Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC and Polish electronic communications law). We use only strictly necessary cookies, so we do not ask for consent. Our cookie notice only informs you about them. If we ever add any other cookie, we will place it only after you have agreed to it.
4. Cookie categories
- Strictly necessary: make the cart, checkout, currency selection, sign-in and security work, and remember that you have closed the cookie notice. We use only cookies in this category.
- Analytics: we do not use analytics cookies.
- Marketing: we do not use advertising, retargeting or order-attribution cookies. We do not track which website or campaign brought you to our store.
If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will list them in this policy first and place them only after you consent.

6. Payment page
When you pay, you are taken to the secure payment page of our payment service provider Payneteasy, on its own domain. Payneteasy and your card issuer may use strictly necessary cookies there for secure payment, 3-D Secure authentication and fraud prevention, under their own cookie policies.
7. Third-party resources
To display our pages, your browser loads product images from the Steam image service (cdn.cloudflare.steamstatic.com) and emoji images from WordPress.org (s.w.org). These services do not set cookies on gamixify.com, but they receive your IP address and browser information. Our web fonts are hosted on our own server. 8. How to control cookies
- Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, there are no optional cookies to switch on or off. The cookie notice on your first visit is for information; closing it stores a flag in your browser’s local storage so that it is not shown again.
- You can open the cookie notice again at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Delete browsing data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data

9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy and its “Last updated” date whenever we add or remove a tool that uses cookies. If we add a non-essential cookie, we ask for your consent before placing it.
